Program: Summer Violin Lessons
Duration: July 1-30, weekdays only (4 weeks session)
Overview:
The Summer Violin Lessons program aims to provide beginners with a comprehensive introduction to playing the violin. Participants will receive group instruction from an experienced violin teacher in hour-long sessions. Enrollees are responsible for purchasing or renting their own violins.
Schedule:
The program will run from July 1 to July 30, on weekdays only. There will be two groups available for instruction.
Elementary:
Time: 9:00 am to 10:00 am
Maximum number of participants: 15
JHS and SHS:
Time: 10:30 am to 11:30 am
Maximum number of participants: 15
Lesson Structure:
Each group session will focus on developing fundamental violin skills, including posture, bowing techniques, finger placement, and reading sheet music. The lessons will be conducted in a supportive and interactive group environment, allowing participants to learn from each other’s progress and experiences.
Cost:
The cost of the program is Php150 per hour or 3500/whole session. Each group session will be one hour long.
Please note that the enrollees will need to bring their own violins to the lessons. If they don’t already own a violin, they can rent or purchase one from a local music store or online retailer.
To enroll in the program, please answer this form and pay at the treasurer’s office. Enrollment will be on a first-come, first-served basis, with limited slots available in each group.
Participants are required to pay 50% upon enrollment and will be billed for the balance.
