CSR’s student services are responsible for the formulation of holistic and spiritual formation programs that respond to the needs of students, administrators, faculty, and co-academic personnel of the community. It is also structured to complement the academic potentials of the students by promoting integrity and creating synergy in its programs and activities. It is the prime mover, caretaker and catalyst of change entrusted in leading the community to reach their full potentials and living fully the core values.

/Guidance Services

Individual Inventory Services

Collects and gathers data concerning the pupils/ student's aptitudes, interests, abilities, achievements, and personality characteristics. This includes also family and home background, previous schooling, past academic and personal records.

Information Services

Supplies pertinent facts and data to individual pupils/ students, group of vehicles for the provision of appropriate information relative to the common developmental needs of pupils/ students including special assemblies, lectures, orientation, symposia, homeroom guidance activities and bulletin board display.

Counseling Services

This is provided for the students who are in need of professional help as life circumstances made it difficult for them to thrive and thereby affecting their psychological well-being. Students in need of counseling service may voluntarily visit the Office of the Guidance Counselor for intake assessment while other cases may be referred by concerned significant others in the student’s life.

Referral Services

Recommendes and indicates to the pupils/ students a more specialized person or agency that can give them better help than they are presently obtaining. Referrals are made in and outside the school. The couselor follows up a student whom she has referred for more specialized treatment.

Placement Services

Assists the students in situating themselves in the proper scholastic track in the proper cource, and in the proper post-school environment. It also helps the graduates in their future field of work. In the same manner it helps the normal, the intellectually gifted, the emotionally disturbed to find their appropriate riches in the schools and vocational setting.

Follow up Services

The follow up services checks the nature and extent of the counsele's progress in all aspects of their life. He/She evaluates the areas of the counselee's life in which he/she needs further assistance. The center also takes care of the alumni.

Research and Evaluation Services

This services investigates and evaluates the effectiveness of the various aspects of the guidance services and programs so that the pupils/ students will be assisted in an increasingly better manner. The center also maximizes the results of the tests, surveys, and assessments.
