Every Second Counts: CSR Conducts Successful Campus-Wide Fire Drill

On July 17, 2026, Colegio de Santa Rita de San Carlos, Inc., in partnership with the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), successfully conducted a campus-wide Fire Drill to reinforce emergency preparedness and promote a culture of safety among students, faculty, staff, and administrators. As the alarm sounded across the campus, the Ritarian community promptly carried out the school's emergency response procedures, demonstrating readiness, discipline, and cooperation throughout the exercise.

Under the supervision of BFP personnel and the school's safety officers, the evacuation was conducted efficiently, highlighting the importance of remaining calm, alert, and organized during emergency situations. Following the drill, BFP personnel evaluated the school's response and officially declared that Colegio de Santa Rita de San Carlos, Inc. successfully passed the Fire Drill, recognizing the institution's effective emergency procedures and coordinated response.

The successful activity was made possible through the leadership of the CSR Fire Brigade Team, headed by Sr. Cleofe Ma. J. Agua, A.R., Fire Brigade Chief, together with Mrs. Aime N. Libres, Deputy Chief, whose guidance ensured the smooth implementation of the drill. Their efforts, combined with the full cooperation of the school community and the support of the Bureau of Fire Protection, contributed to the success of the emergency preparedness exercise.

More than measuring evacuation time, the Fire Drill served as a valuable reminder that true preparedness is built through knowledge, teamwork, and continuous practice. Through initiatives like these, Colegio de Santa Rita de San Carlos, Inc. remains committed to fostering a safe and secure learning environment where every member of the Ritarian community is equipped to respond confidently and responsibly during emergencies.
